Tethys
Tethys is a Menemsha 24 that hails from Menemsha. Lovingly owned by the same family for 30 years, and cared for by Concordia for 15, Tethys underwent a major restoration in 2010. The seats and coamings were rebuilt, and the main bulkhead/ringframe was repaired. Then, sections of a wooden sheer clamp were replaced. The deck was refastened to the sheer clamp. The fiberglass hull was refastened to the sheer clamp, repaired in several sections, completely re-faired, and sprayed AwlGrip Jade. New rubrails and toerails were milled and installed. The rest of the wood on deck was stripped and refinished to match the new stuff. In addition, the steering system was rebuilt, as were the boomkin and bowsprit.
