Mooring Update 11/1/07

The Public Comment period ended 10/26/07 for input to the Army Corps of Engineers. Thank you very much to all of our friends and customers who wrote in support of our permit application to retain and maintain our moorings in Padanaram Harbor.
While the period is over for comments from the public, the various Federal agencies who may be impacted by our application have an additional 10 business days (until 11/9/07) to make written comment. At that point our application moves into the 'coordination and consultation' phase of review in the regulatory office of the Corps. This phase does not have a published end date, and as such we cannot say when we will have an answer to report, but we hope it will not be a very lengthy process. We will post any news here as soon as we have it.
